Virtual Exercise Classes

I am teaching virtual exercise classes online via the app Zoom. Please download on your device and email me at [email protected] or text me on 07905 041677 to let me know if you wish to join a class & I will email you an invitation via Zoom. There is a link in the email, click on this and it takes you to the class you are booked into. 

Please log in 5 minutes before the start of the class so we can start on time. ☺️

If you are a beginner to exercise, I would recommend the mixed ability pilates or the stretching classes.  If you are new to my classes you will need to complete a PARQ health. I would also advise you check with your GP that you are able to exercise if you have any medical issues.

COST of classes from 5th September:

£12.00 per week (payable in advance) unlimited classes - you can attend every class available on the schedule.


Or drop in option:


£3.00 for 30 minute class

£4.00 for 45 minute class

£6.00 for 60 minute class 



Recordings of the live classes can be purchased. £6.00 per recording for 60 minute class, £4.00 for 45 minute and £3.00 for 30 minute class.

Friday 18th September

Flow Pilates @ 11.30am 

Duration: 60 minutes

A class to increase your strength, stamina and flexibility as well as work both small and large muscle groups, creating muscle strength & tone. Mat & band.


Saturday 19th September

Cardio Core @ 9.15am

Duration: 30 minutes

15 minutes of cardio exercises, lo or high impact options given followed by 15 minutes of core work to strengthen and tone the abdominals.


Saturday stretch & relaxation 10.00am

Duration: 30minutes

A class to lengthen & stretch the muscles in your body, to help increase flexibility & improve strength & release tension. Followed by a guided meditation to relax the mind & body & work on good breathing. Gentle to moderate pace. Equipment: mat, band, blanket.



Tuesday 22nd September


Mixed Ability Pilates 6.00pm Duration: 45 minutes

Mat pilates with a focus on easy flowing movements. Gentle to moderate pace.


BarreConcept  7.00pm Duration: 30 minutes

A low impact workout that feels like you are working to full intensity. Ballet inspired but not dance experience needed. You will feel the burn!

You will need a sturdy chair or table to support you and some hand weights would be useful. A mat or towel is useful.


Wednesday 23rd September

Wake up & stretch 8.30am 

Duration: 30 minutes

Stretching to ease tight muscles & awaken the body. Mat & band. 


Friday 24th September

Flow Pilates 11.30am 

Duration: 60 minutes

A class to increase your strength, stamina and flexibility as well as work both small and large muscle groups, creating muscle strength & tone. Mat & band.


Saturday 25th September

9.15am HIIT

Duration: 30 minutes

High intensity interval training, cardio training that helps you burn fat. Please wear trainers.

Mat, weights & water.


Saturday stretch & relaxation 10.00am
